rtemis expresses an analysis through data, typed configurations, execution, and recorded results. The workflow starts by defining the outcome, predictors, unit of observation, and assessment design.
A supervised analysis separates fitting from assessment. Transformations, feature selection, tuning, and calibration each use designated data. Their placement determines which performance statements the assessment supports.
The training interface combines preprocessing, decomposition, tuning, and fitting. Execution configurations control compute resources and randomness. Records preserve resolved settings, while reports summarize the evidence available from a fit.
