Draw Independent Time Series on Two Value Axes

Usage

draw_xt(
  x,
  y,
  x2 = NULL,
  y2 = NULL,
  shade_interval = list(),
  shade_bin = NULL,
  zt = NULL,
  show_zt_every = 1L,
  ...,
  theme = NULL,
  width = NULL,
  height = NULL,
  element_id = NULL,
  filename = NULL
)

Arguments

x, y

Numeric, temporal vector, or named list: Primary time/value records.

x2, y2

Optional vector or list: Secondary records, with independent times. When x2 is unset, secondary values share x.

shade_interval

List: Increasing intervals on the x scale, in epoch milliseconds for Date/POSIXct axes. Applied using draw_annotate().

shade_bin

Optional Numeric: Zero/one shading flags aligned with x. Mutually exclusive with shade_interval; contiguous runs span their first and last observation. A single observation has zero interval width.

zt

Optional Numeric: Zeitgeber labels aligned with a single x vector.

show_zt_every

Integer [1, Inf): Keep every nth label, always including zero phase.

...

Additional settings passed to setup_TimeSeriesConfig().

theme

Optional Theme: Theme override. The palette inside the theme can be overridden per-chart with the color argument.

width

Optional Character or Numeric: Widget width.

height

Optional Character or Numeric: Widget height.

element_id

Optional Character: Explicit DOM element ID for the widget container. NULL lets htmlwidgets generate one.

filename

Optional Character: If provided, save the widget to this file via save_drawing().

Value

htmlwidget: Independent series sharing the time axis.

Examples

draw_xt(1:5, list(Temperature = 20:24), y2 = list(Pressure = 100:104))
