The rewrite section of a curriculum report, as a table: every item whose
wording undermines the level assigned to it, with the standing corrective
action and, where the run asked for one, a proposed rewrite.

Arguments

Classification object.
- include_ok
Logical: If TRUE, return every item rather than only the
flagged ones. Useful for a full appendix table.
Value
data.frame of id, kind, text, level, verb, issue, fix
and suggestion, ordered by issue precedence.
Details
Read verb alongside issue. A verb is copied from the statement or left
NA, never composed, so is.na(verb) marks exactly the items whose level
rests on inference rather than on anything the curriculum says. Those are
the levels a report must not present as measurement.
